Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years NP I engineer/process engineer experience in MTO; start-ups preferred.
  • Optics experience highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical, chemical, process, optics background.
  • Hands-on approach with ability to work directly on equipment.
  • Commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Self-starter and independent problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Design equipment layouts to maximize efficiency.
  • Sequence production operations and adapt machinery as needed.
  • Conduct tests to control variables and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Provide input to product design engineering on specifications and manufacturability.
  • Ensure processes comply with regulations and quality standards.
  • Support optical assembly processes and handling/ cleaning of optics.
