National Pharmacies is seeking an experienced retail leader to head our Optical by National Pharmacies team at the Glenunga store, delivering outstanding advice and service while upholding Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness through our values.

The role is full-time and based at the Glenunga store, with opportunities for training and career progression within a member-owned organisation with a long-standing healthcare heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail optical team.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optical team to provide consistently high customer service and outstanding advice and solutions.
• Provide support, training and development to the team in pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Ensure stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience.
