We are seeking an enthusiastic Optical Sales Assistant to join our Rhodes and Macquarie stores. You will guide customers, explain lens technology, and ensure displays are pristine while supporting both clinical and retail teams to deliver a seamless patient journey from eye test to fitting.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service or sales experience.
• Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to display and aesthetics.
• Able to work across two stores (Rhodes & Macquarie).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to select frames that suit face shape and style.
• Explain lens technology and benefits to customers.
• Maintain visually stunning, organized displays and a polished store environment.
• Support clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless eye test to fitting journey.
• Deliver warm, personalised service from hello to final collection.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Optical Sales Assistant to join us across two of our beautiful stroes, Rhodes and Macquarie.

This is a fantastic role that can be full-time or part-time.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Guide customers through our curated collections, helping them find frames that match their personality, face shape, and lifestyle.
• Confidently explain lens technology and product benefits, making the complex feel simple and exciting.
• Keep our store looking like a high-end gallery. You’ll ensure the environment is visually stunning, welcoming, and organised.
• Support both our clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless flow from the eye test chair to the final fitting.
• From the first "hello" to the final collection, you’ll deliver a warm, personalised service that keeps our community coming back.
