Job summary

Oscar Wylee Pty Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager for our Parramatta Westfield location. You will lead a team, drive results, and oversee day-to-day store operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this role you’ll gain commercial and operational experience while working with a Store Partner. Prior retail leadership is valued; no optical experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, coaching people and driving results.
• Experience contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance.
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Interest in developing decision-making, coaching, and team culture.
• No optical experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards.
• Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care.
• Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support in-store, assisting with sales and service.
• Partner with Optometrists to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
