You will work with our Store Partner and gain valuable commercial and operational exposure in a joint venture setting with experienced leaders.

The role focuses on coaching, rosters, budgets, and hands‑on in‑store support to ensure a high‑performing, customer‑centric environment at Westfield Geelong.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or coaching a team to achieve results in retail.
• Experience contributing to rosters, labour planning or store performance.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Demonstrated decision-making, coaching and team‑culture development.

• Oversee store operations, compliance and performance standards.
