Job summary

Specsavers Broadmeadows is looking for a dedicated Optical Assistant to join our local team. In this full-time role you will support optometrists and dispensers, assist customers with frame selection and vision care, and help with daily sales and store operations.

You will work five days a week, including evenings and weekends, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service, achieving KPIs, and contributing to a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work five days per week including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in retail sales and optics.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
