The Optical Co in Newcastle West is looking for an Optical Dispenser to join our friendly practice on a part-time basis. You will help customers find the best frames and lenses, provide knowledgeable product recommendations and ensure world-class service from first contact to aftercare.

Work four days per week including alternate Sundays, in a collaborative team with experienced Optometrists. You’ll be supported to meet KPIs and revenue targets while enjoying staff discounts and career

Formación

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
• Track record in retail customer-facing roles, high-end fashion experience valued.
• Excellent communication and personal presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine connections with customers and provide best product solutions.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
