Job summary

Kosmac & Clemens Optometrists in Maryborough, Victoria, is seeking an Optical Dispenser for a part-time role (2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday). You will help customers choose the right eyewear, work with our team to meet KPIs, and contribute to a high-standard service experience.

The role offers entry to mid-level responsibilities in a busy practice, with opportunities for product discounts and career development within The Optical Company network.

Qualifications

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
• Track record of sound retail experience in a customer-facing role (high-end fashion highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.
• Ability to work with a variety of customers to assist with product selections and to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers and recommend best optical solutions.
• Expand the existing loyal customer base and support achievement of KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with experienced Optometrists and practice teams to ensure patient satisfaction.

This role is part-time, offering 2 days per week (Tues and Thurs) at our busy practice in Maryborough.
