Job Description

As a member of the Eyecare Project team, your tasks will include:

• Welcoming clients and patients, identifying their needs and booking appointments
• Lead customer service that drives loyalty and word‑of‑mouth
• Retail sales, ordering and collections
• Optical frame and sunglass styling and adjustments
• Receipt of inventory and periodic stocktakes
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and buying decisions
• Oversee online store operations, fulfilment, and logistics
• Keep the clinic tidy, organised, and operating smoothly

• A minimum of one year’s experience as an optical dispenser is preferred
• Superior frame selection and styling skills
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is desirable
