Kevin Paisley Optometrists is seeking an Optical Assistant for part-time roles across Geelong, Pakington Strand, Waurn Ponds and Leopold practices. You’ll deliver world-class customer service, help customers choose optical products, and work with the Optometrist and team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong track record in retail, especially in customer-facing roles (high-end fashion) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and impeccable personal presentation are essential.
• Ability to assist a diverse range of customers with product selections.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
