Job summary

The Optical Superstore in Yeppoon is hiring an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant to join our friendly local team on casual hours. You will move out from behind the desk to help customers in-store and during Saturdays and Thursday evenings.

No prior optical experience is required as full on-the-job training will be provided; strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical retail preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Casual hours including Saturdays and Thursday evenings.

Our experienced and friendly team in Yeppoon are looking for an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant to work casual hours, during the week. Saturdays and Thursday evenings are required.

While previous Optical experience would be preferred, it is not essential as full on the job training will be given to the successful applicant.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, customer service skills.
