Job summary

FedEx Logistics in New South Wales is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operation process execution, compliance with SOPs and service quality. You will operate MHE, manage admin tasks, and ensure accurate workflow with warehouse systems.

The role requires secondary education and at least two years of relevant experience; forklift license and high reach equipment familiarity are preferred. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant work experience; associate level may require none; senior level requires four years.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; accurate planning and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse processes in line with Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Utilize warehouse systems and technology to support service quality.
• Provide admin and customer service support as needed.
• Assist in business continuity per BCP.
