Job summary

FedEx is seeking a driver responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining package security.

The role requires following designated routes, strict time schedules, verifying contents, reporting issues, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• AU License Classifications: AUK012 Car License or AUK013 MR Truck License.

Responsibilities

• Safely collects and delivers packages following designated routes and adhering to strict time schedules.
• Verifies and scans package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery.
• Provides exceptional customer service and ensures packages are securely packed.
• Reports any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
