Sims Limited is seeking a reliable Operator in Wagga Wagga, NSW, to help run the recycling facility safely and efficiently. You will operate mobile plant, assist with receival, processing and dispatch, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

The role requires a current forklift licence, practical operating experience, and a strong commitment to health and safety. You should be able to work independently, show initiative, and contribute to a cooperative team.

Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator to join our Wagga Wagga team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient operation of our recycling facility, operating a range of mobile plant and equipment while supporting the day-to-day activities of the yard.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will assist with the receival, processing, and dispatch of materials, maintain high housekeeping standards, and contribute to a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

• Load and unload trucks, skip bins, and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Operate plant and equipment, including forklifts, material handlers, loaders, and excavators
