Job summary

Mitra Drilling and Construction in Albury/Wodonga and Wagga Wagga is hiring for Excavator Operators, Labourers and Truck Drivers to support a busy directional drilling and civil excavation operation. Applicants with experience in excavator/tipper, vac trucks, and general labour are encouraged to apply.

Travel may be required for up to a week at a time with travel allowance. Basic safety documentation such as SWMS and JSEAs experience is preferred, and HR truck licence is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience with excavator/tipper, vac truck, and general labour tasks.
• Ability to read DBYD plans and network diagrams.
• Knowledge of underground service locating.
• Willingness to travel away for up to a week with travel allowance.
• Basic safety documentation (SWMS, JSEAs)

Excavator Operators, Labourers and Truck Drivers required for busy directional drilling and civil excavation company based in Albury/Wodonga and Wagga Wagga

Due to an abundance of work, Mitra Drilling are looking for hard working individuals preferably with experience working with all or any of the following-

• Excavator/tipper
• Vac Truck
• Working around Horizontal Directional Drills
• General Labourers
• Tracking with F5 Falcon
• Pit and Pipe installation in Electrical and Communication industries
• Basic safety documentation (SWMS, JSEAs etc.)
• Ability to read DBYD plans and network diagrams
• Underground service locating
• VESI\VEDN training
• HR truck licence preferred but we are willing to help the right candidate achieve this after a trial period
• Applicant must be willing and able to travel away if required for up to a week at a time with travel allowance

Above award hourly rate to be negotiated dependant on experience with opportunities for up-skilling within our company
