Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting experienced HME operators to join Rio Tinto’s Gove operation in the Northern Territory. This FIFO role features a 4 days on / 4 nights roster with 12-hour shifts and flights from Cairns or Darwin.

You will operate across a modern fleet, contribute to a strong safety culture, and have the potential for extension on a well-established site. If you’re ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating HME in a production mining environment.
• Strong exposure to haul trucks and large mining equipment.
• A proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work rotating rosters.
• Willingness to complete PEM, D&A and spirometry medicals.

We’re offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle:

• FIFO roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 8 off
• 12-hour shifts across rotating day and night roster
• 12-month casual contract with strong potential for extension
• FIFO flights provided from Cairns or Darwin

We’re looking for operators who can hit the ground running and add value to a high-performing team:

• Proven experience operating HME in a production mining environment
