Job summary

Talenza is seeking a Chief Operations & Transformation Officer to lead the operating model required to scale the business. You will oversee core operations, transformation programs, and governance to deliver resilience and sustainable earnings growth.

As a core member of the executive team, you will translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap, manage cross-functional risk, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer focus across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise operations and large-scale transformation in regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to design enterprise target operating models with P&L impact.
• Governance discipline at board or committee level managing capital allocation and risk.
• Executive presence to influence cross-functional leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation mandate aligning global and local strategy into a multi-year roadmap.
• Architect target operating models across distribution, underwriting, claims, and shared services.
• Steer digital investments using automation and data analytics to boost resilience and retention.
• Oversee enterprise PMO, investment governance, and ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align priorities and manage dependencies.
