Chief Operations & Transformation Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Operations and Transformation Officer to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the operating model necessary for business scaling. This includes directing core operations, transformation programs, and enterprise governance to ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and sustainable earnings growth. The role demands a strategic leader who can translate corporate strategy into a multi-year roadmap, architect target operating models, and sponsor digital and process modernization initiatives to enhance customer retention.Candidates for this role should have an executive background in enterprise operations, core platform modernization, and large-scale transformation, particularly within complex, highly regulated financial services environments. Experience in the insurance market is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting enterprise target operating models, digital capabilities, and change portfolios with a focus on P&L and cost-efficiency outcomes. Institutional-grade governance discipline and the ability to manage capital allocation, regulatory exposure, and operational risk at a senior level are essential. The role also requires exceptional executive presence, the ability to influence cross-functional business heads, and a strong commitment to driving execution accountability.
