You will oversee mine planning, geology, survey disciplines, and reporting to drive safe, efficient, and sustainable operations while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will bring tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or Geology, proven open-cut coal mining leadership, and strong knowledge of planning, design, and scheduling software.

Peabody is seeking a Technical Services Superintendent to join our Coppabella Mine team in Queensland. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee the technical services function, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you'll provide strategic direction, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver technical excellence across mine planning, geology, and survey disciplines.
