Job summary

FedEx Australia is seeking a dedicated Operation Support Agent in Brisbane's Eagle Farm depot. This full-time role focuses on sorting freight and ensuring shipments flow smoothly through our depots, with a 7:30am–4:00pm shift.

You will work in a busy team to maintain fast turnaround and high service standards. Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience, strong customer service, safety focus, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Safety-focused and able to perform manual handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers; administrative tasks helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely move consignments within the depot and handling areas.
• Label consignments to ensure efficient routing.
• Sort consignments to the correct delivery area.
• Work as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times.
• Maintain safety practices and comply with procedures.

Processing our customer’s shipments takes a huge team of operational Handlers, on the ground tackling and coordinating a high volume of freight to ensure our customers can deliver for their customers.

Full Time Role Shift Timing -7:30am to 16:00pm

• Position based in Eagle Farm, 4009
• Safely manage and internally move all the consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner
• Label all consignments to ensure efficient route
• Sort consignments to the correct delivery area
• Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times

Experience Required
