Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations and spare parts warehousing.
• Proven performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge and use of WMS, preferably Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a major customer, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Manage, develop and coach a large operational team.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and improve productivity.
• Guide coordinators to achieve customer-centric goals.
