Job summary

A fast-growing D2C brand based in Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to manage their supply chain from factory to customer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, especially in relation to Amazon FBA and international logistics. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in operations/supply chain for a physical product brand.
  • Experience with shipping from multiple factories to international warehouses.
  • Strong skills in managing 3PLs and international freight.
  • Strong data mindset with dashboards and metrics (OTIF, landed cost, IPI).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee supply for 150+ SKUs across multiple factories and sites.
  • Lead forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning.
  • Manage freight partners for cost and speed optimization.
  • Build reporting dashboards and SOPs to streamline operations.
  • Support retail expansion into US/UK with EDI and big-box compliance.

Operations Manager - Supply Chain & eCommerce

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Supply chain & eCommerce) to take ownership of our end‑to‑end supply chain from factory to customer. The role involves managing global inventory, production planning, freight, and 3PLs across Australia, the US, UK, and Asia.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee supply for 150+ SKUs across multiple factories, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA sites
  • Lead forecasting, purchasing, inventory planning, and shipment coordination
  • Manage freight partners and optimise sea/air mix for cost and speed
  • Build reporting dashboards, SOPs, and streamline operations systems
  • Support retail expansion into the US and UK with EDI and big‑box requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3+ years in operations/supply chain for a physical product brand (100+ SKUs)
  • Proven Amazon FBA and Shopify experience
  • Shipped from multiple factories in Asia to international warehouses and Amazon FBA, and worked with big box retail & distributors
  • Strong with data, dashboards, and metrics like OTIF, landed cost, and IPI
  • Skilled in managing 3PLs and international freight
  • Bonus: fluent Mandarin or Cantonese, experience with EDI/big‑box retailers
