Job summary

Pump Haircare in Chatswood, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own end-to-end operations from PO to doorstep. You’ll drive S&OP, forecasting, production scheduling, vendor management and logistics with our 3PL partners, ensuring OTIF delivery and regulatory compliance.

Experience with Cin7 and Shopify is highly valued. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the CEO; you’ll partner with suppliers, contract manufacturers and the executive team to shape

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain operations experience.
• FMCG/beauty or personal care sector preferred.
• Cin7 or similar inventory/ERP experience.
• Shopify and ecommerce fulfilment experience a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• S&OP across supply, demand, inventory, NPD and SKUs.
• Forecasting demand, raising POs and OTIF delivery of finished goods and components.

Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Pump Haircare

Chatswood, NSW | Full-time | Reporting to the CEO

About us

Pump Haircare is an Australian haircare brand that makes salon-quality products for everyday use. We sell through our own online store, retail and wholesale partners in Australia, New Zealand and overseas. As we grow, we’re looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own our operations from purchase order to the customer’s door.

The role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll run our end-to-end supply chain and help shape the strategy behind it. This is an individual contributor role: you won’t have direct reports, but you’ll work closely with the executive team, our contract manufacturers, suppliers and 3PL partner. Your key responsibilities will include:

S&OP: running and improving our sales and operations planning process across supply, demand, inventory, new product development (NPD) and SKUs

Planning and purchasing: forecasting demand, raising POs and holding suppliers to on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery of finished goods and components

Production scheduling: scheduling production jobs with contract manufacturers and tracking component usage

Vendor management: leading supplier relationships, building the annual procurement plan, managing pricing and quality, and sourcing new suppliers and packaging

Logistics and fulfilment: managing our 3PL and freight across ANZ and overseas (ocean, road and B2C), negotiating rates, and pallet management

Systems: owning Cin7 for inventory, purchasing and stock control, and keeping data accurate across Cin7, Shopify, and our 3PL

Regulatory compliance: making sure all products, components and packaging meet Australian regulatory requirements, including for TGA-regulated products, and keeping supplier contracts and SLAs current

NPD support: helping with new product development across ingredients, components and packaging

About you

You have proven experience managing supply chain operations end to end, ideally in FMCG, beauty or personal care

You have a strong working knowledge of demand planning, purchasing, logistics and supplier relationship management

You’ve used Cin7 or a similar inventory management or ERP system (Cin7 experience is a big plus)

You’re comfortable with e-commerce fulfilment and working with a 3PL (Shopify experience is a plus)

You’re commercially minded and analytical, with excellent attention to detail

You’re a confident communicator and negotiator who builds strong supplier relationships

You’re self-directed and stay calm under pressure, and you approach change positively

A tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, science or business is preferred
