Job summary

Restock in Melbourne is seeking an accomplished senior operations leader to oversee Operations, Quality and Product, with Supply Chain reporting to you. This hands-on role sits on the floor, ensuring safe, efficient throughput and on-time order fulfilment as we scale.

You'll drive a growth mindset, build supplier partnerships, and foster leadership across your team, customers, and suppliers while owning outcomes with honesty and transparency.

• Experience building offshore sourcing and import supply chains and leading supplier partnerships.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Operations, Quality and Product, with the Supply Chain team reporting to you. This is a hands‑on role: you'll be on the floor running a safe, efficient operation that gets orders out on time and to standard, and finding smarter ways to run it as we grow.

It's a big remit with a real seat at the leadership table, and plenty of room to back your judgement.

Hands‑on senior operations leadership, with oversight of supply chain, in distribution, import or manufacturing
