4WD Supacentre is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all warehouse operations and own the Click & Collect experience, ensuring fast, accurate service from order to collection. A forklift license is mandatory, and you will drive inventory accuracy while coaching a high-performing team.

Your Mission

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all warehouse operations while also taking ownership of the Click & Collect experience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless service from order through to collection. You must hold a valid forklift license.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading all warehouse, receivals and despatch operations
• Managing the Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Driving stock accuracy and inventory control
• Maintaining replenishment and merchandising standards
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations team
• Managing rosters to meet operational and trading requirements
• Achieving KPIs across productivity, safety, inventory accuracy and customer service
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Working closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support overall store performance
• Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
