Job summary

BMF Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate NBN and telecommunications civil works across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This hands-on role involves working with crews, organising jobs, checking progress, and ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

You will read plans, liaise with clients, support Supervisors, and manage equipment, labour and plant to keep projects moving. A strong background in civil construction and field leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in NBN, telecommunications or civil construction.
• Experience working in the field with construction or telecommunications crews.
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor, Crew Leader or similar.
• Good understanding of excavation, trenching and civil construction.
• Ability to read plans and drawings.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety.
• Current White Card
• Current First Aid & CPR.

As Operations Manager, you'll help coordinate and oversee NBN and telecommunications civil works across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time working with crews, helping organise jobs, checking progress, dealing with clients and making sure teams have what they need to get the work done safely and efficiently.
