About the Role

The Operations Manager - Electronic Security is responsible for translating Securitas Technology strategy into disciplined local execution across operational performance, people leadership, resource planning, service and project delivery, technology lifecycle management, subcontractor governance, forecasting, commercial performance and customer outcomes.

The role also works closely with Securitas Technology and complementary business units to deliver integrated, scalable and recurring customer solutions while driving continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Operational Leadership & Delivery-Lead end-to-end service, project and technical delivery to achieve safety, quality, customer, revenue, margin and cashflow objectives.
• Commercial & Financial Performance-Own revenue, gross margin, cost, productivity, forecasting and cashflow initiatives, with clear actions to address variances.
• People Leadership & Capability-Lead, coach and develop operations, project, service and technical teams, supported by effective workforce, capability and succession planning.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance-Provide visible safety leadership and ensure HSEQ requirements, licences, competencies and safe systems of work are maintained.
• Customer & Risk Management- Build strong customer relationships, resolve escalated delivery issues and proactively manage operational, commercial and contractual risks.
• Subcontractor & Resource Management-Ensure effective resource planning and subcontractor performance while maintaining quality, compliance, safety and commercial outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, HSEQ, People & Culture and other regions to deliver One Securitas outcomes.
• Project-to-Service Handover – Ensure effective handover, accurate documentation, system records and clear ownership.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive improvements across processes, systems and operational performance to enhance customer outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in operations leadership within electronic security, security technology, engineering, technical services or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing service, project and technical teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Strong customer, stakeholder and people leadership skills.
• Experience managing resources, subcontractors and operational performance.
• Understanding of HSEQ, compliance and risk management.`li>
• Security industry and driver's licence.
• Relevant licences, qualifications or security clearances as required for the role.
