Job summary

Signature Glass in Townsville, QLD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, ensure quality delivery and elevate team performance. • Proficiency with computer systems and operational management software; experience with scheduling and inventory systems is advantageous.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Knowledge of the glass, glazing or construction industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and drive operational improvements.
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join Signature Glass on a full-time basis in our Townsville, QLD office. This is a strategic role that will oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficient workflows, quality delivery and team performance.
