Job summary

The Red Cliffs Club is seeking a hands-on Venue Operations Manager to lead gaming, bar and bistro operations day-to-day. You will guide and develop the team, uphold high standards and drive growth across the venue.

Ideal candidates have venue management or senior supervisory experience in gaming or hospitality, strong people leadership, and a practical approach on the floor. This role is based in Victoria and offers a pathway to career progression within a competitive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a venue management or senior supervisory role within gaming or hospitality.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of gaming and liquor compliance requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day venue operations across gaming, bar and bistro — leading your team, maintaining high standards, and helping drive the venue's ongoing growth.

Responsibilities
