Job summary

River Road Tavern Pty Ltd in Logan City, QLD, seeks an experienced Gaming Manager to lead gaming operations and ensure compliance with Queensland legislation. The role requires RSA/RSG certificates, RMLV, and a background in coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will monitor KPIs, oversee cash handling and maintenance, and manage a rotating roster including nights and weekends. A performance-based bonus of 10–20% of annual salary is offered along with development

Qualifications

• Experience as Gaming Manager or Gaming Supervisor.
• Understanding of clearance procedures in gaming environments.
• Strong knowledge of QLD gaming compliance and regulations.
• Current RSA & RSG (QLD) certificates.
• Certified with RMLV (Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue).
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gaming operations in line with Queensland gaming legislation.

• Lead, train and roster gaming and bar staff.
• Monitor gaming performance, revenue and KPIs.
• Manage gaming machine maintenance and service providers.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations and gaming floats.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and responsible gaming matters.
• Maintain a safe and compliant gaming environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead our gaming operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with a strong understanding of gaming compliance, proven operational expertise, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
