Job summary

DTH Engineering & Consultants is seeking an Operations Manager to drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability across WA projects, working with the General Manager to achieve results.

The role requires a trade qualification, strong leadership, and at least 3 years of management experience; you will lead site operations, mentor teams, and build client and supplier relationships while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a trade qualification in fabrication or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop employees to foster a high-performing and safety-focused culture.
• Monitor operational performance, project delivery, and commercial outcomes in line with company strategic plans while meeting KPI's.

We are a leader in engineering solutions, specialising in design, fabrication, and installation of projects across the Mining, Engineering, and Construction industries throughout WA.

Are you our next Operations Manager? Responsible for driving operational performance, profitability, and business growth while working closely with the General Manager to achieve results.
Trade qualification essential. This role requires regular site attendance with strong understanding of welding, fabrication, piping, mechanical and shutdown operations, with the ability to effectively lead and support operational teams in the field and office.

About You:
