Job summary

Monadelphous Goldfields is seeking experienced Mechanical / Structural Supervisors to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA.

You will lead and coordinate site crews across maintenance and project works including structural steel fabrication and replacement, tank refurbishment, handrail and grating works, and shutdown activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Monadelphous Goldfields is seeking experienced Mechanical / Structural Supervisors to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA. About the Role

As a Mechanical / Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site crews across a range of maintenance and project works including:

• Structural steel fabrication and replacement
• Tank refurbishment and replacement programs
• Handrail and grating replacement
• Launder refurbishment works
• Small projects and shutdown activities
• Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality project execution
• Coordinating day-to-day work activities and site resources
• Driving a strong safety culture across crews and work fronts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience supervising mechanical, structural or maintenance crews within mining, construction, heavy industrial or major project environments
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and workforce teams
• Experience coordinating daily work schedules and project deliverables
• Current Driver's Licence
