Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of Civil, Defence and Energy Infrastructure projects. You will report to senior leadership and drive overall project performance, tendering, client engagement and growth strategies.

The role requires a degree in engineering or construction management, proven experience delivering large Defence/Civil/Energy projects, and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and contract management capabilities.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager or Regional Managerlooking to take ownership of a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects?

We're partnering with a leading contractor delivering projects across the Defence, Energy, Civil and Infrastructure sectors and are seeking a commercially astute leader to drive project performance, client relationships and business growth.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with genuine influence across project delivery, tendering, team development and strategic growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects while providing direction across operations, commercial performance and client engagement.

You'll play a pivotal role in securing new work, mentoring project teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.
