Core Painting Solutions in Maroochydore, QLD, invites a Senior Leader to work directly with the Managing Director to drive operational performance across divisions and build a high-performing team.

You'll oversee residential, commercial and specialist projects, lead Project Managers and field teams, manage budgets and systems, and shape strategy, culture and long-term growth while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll take responsibility for operational performance across all divisions. You'll have the authority to lead, make decisions, implement systems and develop a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing residential, commercial and specialist project delivery

Leading Project Managers, Leading Hands and field teams

$120,000–$140,000 base salary + superannuation
