Job summary

D and N Painting and Maintenance Services – Wodonga VIC is seeking a highly organised Operations Manager to coordinate our projects across the region. You will oversee 10–15 active jobs, manage programming, client communication, ordering, stock control, costings and liaise with internal leads and external site supervisors.

You do not need a trade background; we value strong operational coordination experience from construction, trades, facilities or service industries.

D&N Painting and Maintenance is expanding and we’re looking for a highly organised, confident and people‑focused Operations Manager to coordinate our projects across the region.

This role oversees 10–15 active jobs, ensuring they run smoothly, safely and on schedule. You’ll manage job programming, client communication, ordering, stock control, costings and liaison with internal team leads and external site supervisors.

You do NOT need a trade background – we’re looking for someone with strong operational coordination experience, ideally from construction, trades, facilities or service industries. You will need to be eligible for and obtain a Defence Common Access Card.
