Job summary

Advara HeartCare in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and mentor Practice Managers across Victorian clinics, delivering high-quality, patient-centred services while shaping efficient day-to-day operations and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will partner with the General Manager and medical leadership to boost operational efficiency, uplift clinical and service standards, implement growth plans, onboarding new doctors, and optimise resources across sites.

• Proven experience leading teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong operational, strategic, and people leadership skills.
• Demonstrated financial skills and commercial acumen.
• A current driver’s licence.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring Practice Managers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services across our Victorian clinics.

Based in Melbourne, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and medical leadership to enhance operational efficiency, uplift service standards, and enable growth through innovation and strategic direction.
