Job summary

AustCorp Executive in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Manager to own and drive the technology & infrastructure operation. You will join a senior leadership team, directing projects, service delivery and commercial performance to support growth.

You will manage multi-stream delivery, lead technical and operational teams, and shape processes to improve margins and client satisfaction as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a senior operations, delivery or similar management role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and service workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong commercial understanding of project delivery, contracts and service operations.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting and P&L management.
• Track record of improving productivity, utilisation, margins and delivery performance.
