Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Asset Care team in Canning Vale, WA. You will drive operational leadership, growth and performance of Condition Monitoring teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will oversee service delivery, workforce planning, client relationships and commercial outcomes, with a focus on mentoring and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience within Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Reliability or related technical services.
• Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business and financial performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Condition Monitoring teams.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture.
• Coordinate resources, workforce planning and scheduling activities.
• Assist with quoting, cost control, timesheet management and business unit financial performance.
• Deliver integrated solutions across Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Engineering Consulting and Mechanical Testing services.

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support in leading our Asset Care team based in Canning Vale, WA.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership, growth and performance of our Condition Monitoring teams. This role will oversee service delivery, workforce planning, client relationships and commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Based in our Canning Vale office, you will play a key role in driving business growth, developing people and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
