Job summary

SRG Global Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Asset Care team based in Canning Vale, WA. You will drive operational leadership, growth and performance of our Condition Monitoring teams, overseeing service delivery, planning, client relationships and commercial outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience within Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Reliability or related technical services.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business and financial performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Diploma in Project Management (desirable).
• VCAT2 or VCAT3 certification (desirable).

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership, growth and performance of our Condition Monitoring teams.
