Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in Sydney seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Sustainability Centre. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinating campaigns, events and partnerships across Advocacy, Education, Marketing, Partnerships, Member Engagement, Digital and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, program or project delivery, marketing operations or campaign delivery.
• Coordinating integrated campaigns, launches, events or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong planning and project delivery capability including budget, risk and deadlines.
• Establishing workflows, governance, reporting and performance-tracking processes.
• Stakeholder management across internal teams, partners, suppliers and events.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the coordinated delivery of the Sustainability Centre's priorities and campaigns.
• Develop delivery plans, launch schedules and implementation roadmaps.
• Plan and deliver go-to-market activity and integrated campaigns.
• Manage campaign workflows, briefs, approvals, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships and partner-led initiatives.
• Oversee events from planning to promotion and evaluation.
• Establish governance and ways of working across teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to drive improvement.
