Job summary

EBOS Healthcare, a division of EBOS Group, is seeking a Project Manager to drive operations improvement across the division. You will link Warehouse operations with IT (WMS) support and lead major improvement projects aimed at enhancing space utilisation, safety, and productivity measured by lines per warehouse hour.

Bring at least five years in senior operations roles, strong cross-functional leadership, and experience with warehouse management systems (ideally Manhattan SCALE).

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years experience in middle-to-upper management positions; experience in operations or planning preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the assigned portfolio of projects.
• Initiate and develop cross functional integration/project teams to deliver key outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve superior operational outcomes.
• Develop relationships, liaise and communicate with stakeholders and provide expert project lifecycle advice.
• Ensure customer expectations are met by following consistent procedures and compliant with ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Adhere to EBOS policies and SOPs and maintain safe work practices.
• Continuously seek process improvements to optimise efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses, registrations, and competency certificates as required.
