Job summary

B&E Food Group is seeking a Senior Automation Project Manager to lead the design, delivery and implementation of major automation projects across our warehouse, distribution and production operations. You will own projects from initial concept through commissioning and handover, coordinating with management, consultants, engineers, builders and suppliers to ensure fully integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large automation projects in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to take concepts from design through commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of integration between hardware, software and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from concept design through procurement, installation and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across mechanical, electrical, controls and software teams.
• Review supplier proposals, manage interfaces and ensure integrated operation.
• Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning and performance testing.
• Develop maintenance and spare parts plans for ongoing reliability.
