Job summary

Dragonfly Shipping Pty Ltd seeks an HR Generalist to support frontline operations across Australia. You will lead performance conversations, recruitment drives, and compliance, acting as a trusted partner to depot leaders and employees.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage employee relations, attendance, and HR documentation while collaborating with payroll, WHS, and recruitment to enable a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a generalist HR role, ideally multi-site.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Experience handling employee relations, performance, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations for frontline teams and managers.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment for operational roles and onboarding.
• Ensure HR policies align with Australian law and company standards.
• Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment and WHS for seamless operations.
