Job summary

Vinarchy, established in 2025 after a merger, seeks an Enterprise Platforms Manager to shape the direction of core platforms across Australia and Asia. You will lead a team of platform specialists, overseeing ERP, IBP, and enterprise integration to ensure stability, scalability and security aligned with business priorities.

You will partner with senior leaders, influence technology decisions, and drive platform evolution for global operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise applications and platform delivery.
• Proven success managing ERP and enterprise platform environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs and integration.
• Experience developing platform strategies, governance frameworks and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, support and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms (ERP, planning and integration).
• Develop and execute platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy and tech direction.
• Oversee solution design, integration architecture and platform delivery for scalable outcomes.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology and Operations, the Enterprise Platforms Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, governance, performance and continuous improvement of Vinarchy's core enterprise platforms.

Leading a team of platform specialists, you will oversee critical business systems including ERP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and enterprise integration platforms, ensuring they remain stable, scalable, secure and aligned to business priorities.

This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions, partner with senior leaders across Australia and Asia, and drive the evolution of platforms that support our end-to-end global operations.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the governance, support and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms including ERP, planning and integration technologies.
• Develop and execute platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy, transformation initiatives and technology direction.
• Oversee solution design, integration architecture and platform delivery to ensure scalable and sustainable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners across the organisation.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, service delivery performance and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Significant experience leading enterprise applications, platform management or technology delivery functions within complex organisations.
• Proven success managing business-critical ERP and enterprise platform environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs and platform operating models.
• Experience developing platform strategies, governance frameworks and technology roadmaps.
• Experience managing external service providers and outsourced technology partners.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and decision-making capabilities in operationally critical environments.

Highly Regarded Experience:

• JD Edwards and Oracle technology ecosystem experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or beverage industry experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
