The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, proactive communication, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, processing, mining, energy, or heavy industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Root Cause Analysis.

• Provide engineering support to operations to optimise plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse operational data to identify improvements and troubleshoot process issues.
