Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Project Engineer across mechanical, electrical, chemical or related disciplines to support capital projects that improve reliability and efficiency. You will coordinate projects from concept to completion, managing schedules, budgets, contractors and reporting in a collaborative team environment.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in engineering, and relevant experience in industrial settings.

• Experience within sugar, food processing, manufacturing, mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, asset management or reliability principles.
• Experience using project management software and engineering maintenance systems.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of capital projects that improve the reliability, efficiency and long-term sustainability of our operations. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will coordinate projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will play a key role in managing project schedules, budgets, contractors and reporting requirements, while supporting the implementation of asset upgrades and improvement initiatives across our operations. About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering engineering, maintenance or capital projects within an industrial, manufacturing or processing environment.
