Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and eligibility for professional membership.
• Experience delivering capital projects in heavy industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, MCCs, switchboards, transformers, VSDs and control systems.
• Experience in design, installation, commissioning and optimisation of electrical projects.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major capital and engineering projects to deliver safe, reliable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and contractors to modernise mill assets.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, efficiency and sustainability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and uphold safety culture.
