Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Mount Waverley team. You will coordinate across the store network, head office and external partners, delivering administrative support and driving smooth operations.

This role focuses on process improvements, communication, payroll validation, and coordinating fleet and safety activities to support outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or operations support.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams (Office 365).
• Collaborative mindset aligned to Bapcor values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for the JAS store network, coordinating inquiries and follow-ups.
• Monitor shared inboxes, track requests, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Prepare documents, communications and updates for regional and operational leaders.
• Coordinate fleet administration activities for vehicles and equipment.
• Support payroll validation activities and follow-ups with stores.
• Assist with network development projects and safety assessments.
• Support Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) activities and compliance tracking.
• Liaise with property teams for repairs, maintenance and compliance.
• Manage internal communications, intranet content, SOPs and ways of working docs.
• Collaborate with store and regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
