You will support drivers with route guidance, monitor capacity, handle Chain of Responsibility compliance, and collaborate with Dispatch, Customer Service and Fleet to resolve issues promptly.

What's the role?

Based out of our Perth Branch, as an Operations Coordinator you will play a key role in keeping our freight moving safely and efficiently. You will monitor your allocated channel, prioritise jobs and allocate them to the most suitable driver and vehicle, and follow work through to completion. You'll support drivers with route guidance and queries, keep an eye on vehicle capacity and Chain of Responsibility requirements, and work closely with Dispatch, Customer Service and Fleet to resolve issues as they come up.

This position suits someone who is analytical, organised and calm under pressure, and who takes pride in keeping a busy operation running smoothly.
