Job summary

REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its fleet management team in Jandakot, WA. This permanent, full-time role operates on a Monday–Friday roster with flexible start times between 7 and 9 am and includes a rotating on-call one week per month, with an on-call allowance.

You will allocate routes, monitor service delivery, liaise across teams, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while supporting a safe, sustainable operations

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, logistics or service scheduling.
• Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call roster (one week per month).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and optimise daily routes, schedules, vehicle utilisation and driver productivity.
• Monitor service completion and respond to daily operational changes, breakdowns and driver absenteeism.
• Liaise with drivers, Customer Service, workshop and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer site information, service notes and records in business systems.
• Support driver safety, training and compliance with CoR requirements.
• Assist with additional services, special collections, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
